The receiver emits audible tones that vary depending on the distance of any detected object at the rear of the vehicle. The receiver comes with a fused lighter plug, 270 degree swivel-joint and volume control. The RF transmitter signal has a range of up to 20m (65ft) so even the largest vehicles can take advantage of this system without the need to route wiring to the front of the vehicle
